What to expect

During your appointment, you will be given itera-charged water to drink (please bring a glass to use). This will help detox the body. ​​Your session will end with another charged glass of water.  

​

Please note -

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment start time and stay for 10 minutes after your appointment to    drink the IteraCare water.

• It is advised not to bathe/shower, eat or drink cold food/drinks, eat raw meat/fish or be directly blown by air condition or fan after administering a session within 4 hours, otherwise it can be counterproductive. It is requested that you be conscious of proper body hygiene prior to your appointment.

Possible body responses

Everybody’s physical structure is different. Seek Medical advise if pain persist.

• Some experience maybe painful in certain areas, as there may be blockages

• Previous unhealed or untreated pains or symptoms may occur

• Some reaction may appear in treatment time to time due to toxins in the body

• You may experience gastro as your body flushes
