Private Tea Meditation with Sound

This meditative experience involves all aspects of the tea ritual - including making the tea, drinking the tea, and being aware of the effects on your mind and body. The simple ritual of making and drinking tea has been celebrated as a source of energy, light, and alignment since ancient times. Like a moving meditation, we will practice mindfulness through tea, connecting with our breath and the fusion and enhancement of sound. We will immerse ourselves in a journey of reflection and connection, nurturing a deep reverence for the present moment. The evening may include additional components as I’m intuitively guided, in synch with the collective essence of those in attendance.

Our featured Herbal Tisanes (a.k.a. Teas) will be revealed to registered participants. 🫖

Along with tea time and good eats, these intimate gatherings are for guests to come together and each receive a 30 minute, 1-on-1 choice of a tarot reading, tea leaf reading or sound healing; while socializing in a relaxed environment. Whether you are celebrating a birthday, enjoying a night out or other special occasion, make it a different experience from the average celebration or get together.
