We Bring Well-being To You!

Office Talk

Wellbeing is not just the absence of disease or illness. It's a complex combination of a person's physical, mental, emotional and social health factors. In short, wellbeing could be described as how you feel about yourself and your life. -Better Health Channel

Onsite Massage Therapy

Massage therapy has been proven to help manage anxiety and depression, as well as improve blood flow, boost immunity, and control blood pressure. Onsite office massage can provide numerous benefits from increased productivity, physical wellness, and mental well-being. Just one massage can have a domino effect on your entire office, promoting a healthy, balanced and collaborative workplace inside and out. Offering massage can be a way to recognize your employees and show them appreciation. Consider this for a holiday party, customer service week, administrative week, company luncheon, etc. When it’s difficult to get away from the office and take a break, you can bring the relief right to them. Employees will look forward to and anticipate their stress relief. Our wellness services are especially good for healthcare, end-of-life care and funeral care providers, focused on self-care for the caretakers.

Group Sound Immersion

Group sound immersion offers a unique and non-invasive approach to restoring wellbeing and health within individuals which can enhance communication skills, strengthen work relationships, reduce burnout and absenteeism.

This program is designed to support and foster all of the above benefits through sound-guided meditation. The power of sound is used to heal and replenish our life force, learning ways to reconnect with our deepest inner rhythms, and re-tune to the natural frequencies of our bodies. Sound-guided immersion is intended to relieve or reduce stress, pain and anxiety by promoting relaxation. It can be a very therapeutic form of meditation because you’re literally being "bathed" in sound waves. Our skin is our largest organ and as these sound waves wash over your body and are also heard through the ears, they can take you into an alpha & theta brainwave state. This means that the sound vibrations help to shift your brain into a calmer state.

We offer 60 minute conscious relaxation and sound bath experience. Employees/team members lay down on yoga mats or sit in chairs, if preferred. The best space is a designated room where we can close the door making it a private experience for the group. Employees drop into a deeply relaxed state during the experience and commonly feel refreshed and energized upon its completion. At the end of the session the group has the opportunity to discuss their experiences and have any questions answered. I will also offer guidance tips  and recommend techniques for self-care and stress management. We can consult with your H.R. Team to ensure your company approach and wellbeing goals are the core themes of the program. Sound sessions can include tuning forks, singing bowls, voice/toning, tingsha cymbals, bells, drumbeats and/or rainstick.

The duration of the session is 45-60 minutes (can be easily customized according to your needs).
All visits outside the area of citrus county are subject to custom prices. Call or Contact us

We can customize sessions to suit your particular needs, anything from a 45-minute sound bath during a lunch break, to a longer end of the day, unwind and relaxation session as part of a staff team bonding.

A yoga mat to lie on, a blanket for warmth and a cushion for the head. A consent/release form will emailed to you to be printed, read and signed by every participating employee prior to event.
